alternators for on-highway applications is 3 years or 350,000 miles, which
ever comes first. Our standard Aftermarket warranty is 1 year from date of
installation..
6. A: All warranties claims are administered through
authorized dealers of Mitsubishi Electric products. Please refer to the
warranty section of this web site for complete details of the policy, the
process, and the documentation required to submit a claim. All warranty
claim failed units must be returned to Mitsubishi Electric, through the
dealer, for analysis. All warranties begin at the in-service date on new
trucks or from the date of installation on aftermarket parts. Remember to
keep your receipt or proof of purchase when buying replacement
parts.

We do not have a core charge on our products. We do, however, offer
our customers a rebate of $25 if they have a Mitsubishi Electric core, and
wish to return it. This program is not administered by the dealer. On this
web site, go to the Core section and enter the required information. An
authorization number will be generated immediately. You will be linked
directly to UPS and able to print a pre-paid shipping label. Mitsubishi
Electric will pay the freight. Apply the label to the box your starter
came in and drop off at UPS. Upon approval, we will send you a
check.
